The Water Collaborative is a network of residents, architects, engineers, educators, scientists, and business-people working together to improve water management in Southeast Louisiana. In the past year, our educational workshops and tours reached more than 1000 citizens, and we provided 500 hours of professional development. We're helping to make New Orleans a stronger, safer urban environment that celebrates the region's abundant water resources. This region's long-term sustainability depends upon urban water management efforts working in parallel with coastal restoration and other measures to address severe weather and sea level rise. Through these efforts, New Orleans can become a global leader in green infrastructure design, jobs, and innovation. Learn more at www.nolawater.org
