We joined the Board of Directors at Propeller because we believed wholeheartedly in the organization’s work of growing the entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders who are tackling some of the most pressing issues in New Orleans.
From persistent flooding to unaffordable childcare and distressed commercial corridors, we saw the need for a cross-sector hive of passionate changemakers to uplift the entire city.
We found those qualities in Propeller, a hub of innovation that courageously places social and environmental impact at the center of all its activities.
In our work on the board, we continue to be inspired by the dedication of the staff to serve current program participants while sharing resources with all the alumni who have graduated from the Impact Accelerator over the course of 15 years.
We know from within Propeller that the values of honesty, reliability, accountability, and collaboration shine through every touchpoint, both internal and external.
