On May 5, 2026, 4PXP is participating in GiveNOLA Day to raise funds that directly support the growth and sustainability of Louisiana’s early childhood workforce.
As a Success Coordinator, this initiative is especially meaningful because it strengthens the very systems we rely on to support apprentices and providers. The campaign’s goal is to raise $20,000, with the opportunity to unlock an additional $10,000 match, helping to build long-term stability for 4PXP.
Funding from GiveNOLA Day will support critical areas that impact daily coordination and coaching efforts, including:
- Workforce development programs like Louisiana Early Childhood Educator Apprenticeship (LECEA), that support apprentice growth and completion.
- Professional development opportunities that enhance educator quality and classroom outcomes.
- Business coaching and provider support that strengthen center operations.
- Advocacy and community-building efforts that elevate provider voices across Louisiana.
From a Success Coordinator lens, these resources translate into stronger support systems for apprentices—ensuring they have access to training, mentorship, and opportunities needed to succeed, complete their hours, and advance in early childhood education.
