Paisley was surrendered to a rural shelter with five 3 day old kittens. Annabelle was dropped off at that same shelter as a pregnant stray. As Annabelle was waiting for her stray hold to be up, she gave birth in the shelter to 6 kittens.
A crowded shelter is no place for either mom to be raising her babies. They need space and quiet and the kittens need careful monitoring to make sure they're gaining weight. Not the mention how dangerous it is for these newborns to be around so many germs their immune systems are not prepared to fight off.
Paisley and Annabelle need us. Please help by covering their vetting and transportation as we get both families set up in foster homes.
