For Providers By Providers’ mission is to empower early childhood providers through a "by providers, for providers" model that centers on professional development, sustainability, and high-quality educational standards. This is largely achieved through the Louisiana Early Childhood Educator Apprenticeship (LECEA) program, which builds a pipeline for qualified educators to earn credentials while working in the field.
