At Manning Family Children's, our promise is to shape a happier future for all kids. For more than 70 years, we've delivered expert pediatric healthcare for children across our region, as the only comprehensive, freestanding children's hospital in the Gulf South. Today, we provide unmatched pediatric expertise with a bold vision to make Louisiana a national leader in child health and wellbeing.

Every child deserves a healthy start, but healing often begins outside the hospital walls. At the Manning Family Children’s Hospital, our Social Services Department bridges the gap between medical care and the social factors that impact recovery.

Manning Family Children's delivers the highest level of pediatric care close to home, with more than 600 pediatric-trained providers and 3,000 employees solely dedicated to the care of kids. Children's proudly delivers lifesaving and lifechanging care for all children - regardless of a family's ability to pay. With the nationally leading programs including our Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, Neonatology, Pulmonology, and Rehabilitation programs, Behavioral Health, Trauma and Grief, Gun Safety, ThriveKids, and more than 40 other pediatric specialties, we are dedicated to changing the health of a generation - together with the support of our community. In addition to comprehensive services offered at our main campus in New Orleans, Manning Family Children's operates a robust network of more than 30 satellite locations, pediatric affiliations across Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and robust and long-serving community programs designed to meet the health needs of the diverse communities we serve.
