By age 14, girls are twice as likely as boys to stop playing sports. The 18th Ward is dedicated to changing that reality by creating an accessible, inclusive space for every child in New Orleans. Through our sliding scale model, we remove financial barriers so all kids have the chance to play. Our all girls programs focus on building strength, confidence, and resilience, empowering the next generation of leaders both on and off the field.
