Founded in 2004, YEP has grown into one of the area's most impactful and trusted nonprofits, providing comprehensive services to young people facing poverty, disconnection from school or work, and the challenges of trauma. As we commemorate 20 years of empowering our community, your support is more critical than ever.

YEP offers community-based education, mentoring, enrichment, and employment readiness programs to more than 1,000 individuals annually across five locations in Greater New Orleans, serving 13 parishes-all at no cost to participants.
