Women's Business Enterprise Council South

The mission of the Women's Business Enterprise Council South is to achieve barrier-free access to business opportunities and growth for female founders and women-owned business enterprises.

WBEC South serves over 1000 certified women's business enterprises throughout Louisiana and the southern region. The organization advances business opportunities between corporations, government, and women-owned businesses to achieve its mission through a gold-standard certification program, training, and professional growth opportunities. The four pillars of the WBEC South program are found in its CORE: Certification, Opportunity, Resources, and Education. It is upon these pillars and in alignment with its mission, that all activity is planned and executed for the benefit of key stakeholders.
