Team Gleason - Empowering People with ALS to Live Purposeful Lives
Team Gleason is the only national organization solely focused on providing Support Services to people living with ALS. Since 2011, we have delivered over $55 million in technology, equipment, care services, adventures, and advocacy.
What began as a movement in one city has now reached every state in the nation - from rural towns to major cities - responding to the evolving needs of the ALS community with personalized, timely, and life-changing support.
In the last five years, service requests have grown by an incredible 300%. In 2024 alone, we received 8,592 requests for support.
Team Gleason played a major role in passing the Steve Gleason Act and Enduring Voices Act, ensuring access to vital communication devices. We partner with top tech innovators, challenge legislation, and push the boundaries of what's possible for those living with ALS.
