People's Housing+ (PH+) is a historic merger between three New Orleans based community development organizations- Home By Hand (HbH), Crescent City Community Land Trust (CCCLT), and Tulane/Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation (TCNDC). Its creation is an innovative solution to New Orleans' affordable housing crisis, combining over 40 years of experience and knowledge.

We envision People's Housing+ as your one-stop affordable shop. Our Intergenerational Wealth Building Life Cycle seeks to provide a continuum of support for our residents: from educating families with information about financial wellness to assisting elderly clients with estate planning and everything in between. PH+'s holistic programming addresses all stages of the wealth cycle to ensure that our residents are supported and able to thrive.

We are continuing to build new construction, single family homes with upcoming homeownership opportunities available in various neighborhoods throughout the City of New Orleans, including Gentilly, New Orleans East, Treme, 7th Ward, and Broadmoor. Our innovative home designs are energy efficient, storm resilient, AND affordable!
