About this Organization
A. After School Program
The NRCC After School Program provides a structured, fun, and safe environment to 200+ children from ages of 5 to 18. Most of these children are from low income, single parent households. Youth come here for tutoring and homework assistance. They also have the opportunity to attend reading, art, swimming, gym, and computer classes. Our staff includes teachers and volunteers that are professional, experienced, and dedicated. Our program is designed to keep the learning process active throughout the day with curriculum designed to provide a high quality, hands-on, safe educational focused learning environment.
B. Summer Camp
NRCC hosts an eight week summer camp annually. Children who are with us throughout the program will have a schedule that varies from session to session with different themed weeks, as well as special events that make each day new and exciting.
C. Career Advancement Technology Lab
NRCC has developed a Career Advancement Technology Lab with programs geared for adults and senior adults to assist individuals' academic, career, and personal aspirations through computer technology.
