The Incubator is rooted in arts, education, and sustainability. As such the aim of the nonprofit is working with culture bearers and youth to grow gardens, green spaces, and environmentally focused public art that gives back to the community. Through the Galvez Garden, a USDA People's Garden, we offer community compost and can collection weekly while advancing nutritional literacy and food security through our organic vegetable garden and micro farm.

Arts & Education: Our early education program, Budding Artists, provides digestible STEAM information for caregivers, ready made project-based tactile learning activities, and nature inspired art activities that focus on early literacy. The nonprofit provides workshops to the community that cover a wide range of topics about sustainable urban agriculture for gardeners and beginning farmers. Our Artist-in-Residencies support local artists and offer arts and culture based workshops to the community. Our events create gig work, supporting local culture bearers

Community Building & Beautification Projects: The Incubator works with schools and local municipalities to create additional sustainable green spaces in our community.
