Human trafficking is the trade of humans, most commonly for the purpose of sexual slavery, forced labor or commercial sexual exploitation. Human trafficking is modern day slavery. This is something that happens in our back yards every single day. The men, women and children that are trapped in this atrocity are not just a statistic; they have a name! You hold the key. We will not look the other way.
We are a Faith-based initiative targeting the overwhelming issue of domestic human trafficking in the New Orleans and Gulf Coast regions. Our mission is to bring awareness and stop the exploitation of men, women and children.
Our goal is to help educate the public though awareness campaigns. How do we do this? We do this through speaking engagements and training events to the hospitality industry, businesses, schools, churches, healthcare professionals and non-governmental organizations (NGO's). We work with victims to locate a suitable long-term restoration home or facility where they can grow, restore and live a life restored.
