Eternal Seeds

Eternal Seeds is a 501(c)3 organization founded by Brandan BMike Odums and the StudioBE team. We center all of our work around education, empowerment, and the preservation of New Orleans Black history and culture, with a focus on young and emerging artists. Harnessing the power of creative expression and community, Eternal Seeds provides artists with tools they need to become the revolutionary leaders and shapers of a more just, equitable, and artful world.

Over the last decade, Brandan 'BMIKE' Odums and the StudioBE team transformed a vacant warehouse into a landmark and cultural destination in New Orleans. A product of alchemy and a space for artists and the things they create, StudioBE has served as a sanctuary for New Orleanians, a welcoming space for visitors from around the world, and a launching point for transformative partnerships. Throughout it all, we have never strayed from our belief in the power of art to allow each of us to sharpen our critical voice and imagine a future that benefits us all.

Our nonproft Eternal Seeds empowers young and emerging artists with the tools to become leaders and visionaries for a more equitable and creative world. Our three-part model-Inspire, Educate, and Empower-guides our programs, workshops, exhibitions, and other offerings. We are committed to providing culturally responsive, accessible, and equitable resources rooted in the belief that a better tomorrow lives within our collective imagination.
