$10,000 Goal

Covenant House is a homeless shelter for youth ages 16-22 - and so much more. In New Orleans, Covenant House has been open 24/7 since 1987, touching the lives of over 35,000 youth ever since. Beyond shelter, our high-quality programs - including life skills training, education and employment counseling, services for pregnant and parenting youth, services for survivors of human trafficking, and transitional living apartments - are designed to prepare youth for the great purpose of their lives.

Mission

Much more than 'just a shelter,' Covenant House New Orleans offers unconditional love, absolute respect, and relentless support to young people and families experiencing homelessness. Our services, including counseling, education, vocational training, and stable housing, aim to empower our residents to overcome challenges and thrive independently while also working to prevent homelessness through early intervention and community outreach.
