Camp Restore New Orleans

Our mission is to restore faith, home and community in the Name of Jesus. We work to achieve this by providing housing, meals and service project coordination to thousands of volunteers from across the country and beyond as they serve with us and our partner nonprofits across the Greater New Orleans Area. We've hosted over 36,000 volunteers who've contributed more than 1,000,000 volunteer hours since 2006.

A great thing happens when we love our neighbors: we're often equally blessed back! We've seen some amazing results from people putting their faith into practice, while witnessing the positive results of developing good faith between one another.

Home is not just a building, but also extends to the fabric of the community and the environment surrounding it. This is why we have partnered with numerous other nonprofits, churches and schools in the Greater New Orleans area who are all working in different ways to serve others and make things better.

Volunteers and locals alike learn more about one another and the diverse backgrounds they represent, as well as gaining experience in different types of service work. Many friendships and bonds formed while at Camp Restore have continued to grow and develop in the years since.

In addition to our volunteer program, we also operate the New Orleans East and Lower Ninth Ward senior centers, supporting our seniors as they seek to live healthy and active lifestyles.
