Be Well-Come Together
About this Organization
Be Well- Come Together offers a number of programs, including a free 10 week program that focuses on addressing and preventing health conditions such as obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol and heart disease. We also offer free exercise classes twice a week (Mondays and Fridays). In addition, Be Well-Come Together provides free workshops on topics such as suicide prevention, stress management, nutrition, and financial well-being as well as support groups and healthy cooking classes. Once a month on Sunday evenings, Be Well-Come Together holds "Soul Food". This is a community-gathering around a meal that brings people together from different backgrounds to nourish the heart, mind, and soul by exploring questions of life and faith, sharing experiences, and listening and learning from each other.
