Abeona House

Abeona House Child Discovery Center provides exceptional childcare and early childhood education to children starting at six weeks. A non-profit childcare center inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we serve families in the Greater New Orleans area from diverse backgrounds with joy, equity, and love. 

This GiveNOLA Day, Abeona House is celebrating 19 years of curiosity and connection by raising money in support of three important causes:

*Supporting our goal to improve our outdoor play space with environmentally sustainable measures 
*Continuing health care coverage and PTO for staff; and
*Offering financial support to qualifying families 

Abeona House is a non-profit childcare center founded in 2006 and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. By serving more students, especially students from diverse economic backgrounds, and ensuring that our staff have the resources and supports to thrive both personally and professionally, we can fulfill our mission of serving families in the Greater New Orleans area with joy, equity, and love.
