Wilcox Academy of Early Learning is a small business founded and operated by Rochelle Wilcox, CEO, an award-winning early learning educator and entrepreneur from New Orleans, who has expanded the centers' reach and impact into a model that is emulated by other early learning providers in the city. In addition to running 3 high-quality early education centers, Mrs. Wilcox is also the founder of For Providers By Providers that seek to improve the quality of other early childhood centers and providers across the state of Louisiana. In 2023, in response to the increasing need to raise philanthropic support to close the growing funding gap between tuition and governmental revenue and the cost of administering high-quality early childhood education and crucial wraparound services, Mrs. Wilcox founded the WilReachOne Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3). Today it serves as the fiscal agent for charitable giving and provides financial support to the Wilcox Academy Early Learning Centers. The WilReachOne Foundation has a board of directors and advisory board, totaling 10 volunteers from a broad background who are all committed to the wellbeing of young children.
