'WEEN DREAM is an all-volunteer, Jefferson, LA based national nonprofit that gives costumes to kids, or 'WEENSTERS, from all over America who are faced with unique challenges, including those with special needs, physical or mental disabilities, homelessness, living in poverty/foster care, and kids who have experienced a recent trauma/natural disaster. Halloween is not just about trick-or-treating and candy. It's about being a kid as a kid should be - full of imagination, possibility, and big dreams.

WEEN DREAM serves children across the U.S. who face significant challenges, including poverty, foster care, special needs, homelessness, serious medical conditions, and trauma. Many of these children miss out on the magic of Halloween due to financial hardship or circumstances beyond their control. A simple costume may seem small, but for a child who has never had the chance to dress up, it's a gateway to joy, creativity, and belonging.

WEEN DREAM meets this need by providing free Halloween costumes to children who might otherwise go without. Over the past 11 years, we've donated nearly 22,000 costumes, ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, gets to experience the excitement of dressing up and being part of a community.
