The objects and purposes for which the Union Baptist College and Theological Seminary is created are declared to be: To have, maintain and operate one or more colleges end/or institutions of learning for the education and training of students, especially for quali!cation in the Baptist Ministry: for the education and training of Christian workers of the Missionary Baptist Churches in New Orleans and elsewhere; and for the education and training of students generally in literature, theology and other subjects.
