Focusing primarily on racial justice, restorative justice and systemic issues connected to the criminal legal system, the Center uniquely taps the wellspring of energy among people and organizations of faith and conscience working for safe communities.

Through community strategy sessions, retreats, seminars, and immersive arts events, we
amplify community engagement/action to make neighborhoods safer and engage faith communities in anti-racism work. By engaging people of faith/conscience in strategy and action planning, a broader group of community members are activated to be part of the solution for healing this city.

Sacred texts of most spiritual practices call adherents to work for the common good. We provide a neutral gathering place and an incubator for ideas and partnerships that impact Greater New Orleans.
