The Tchoupitoulas Art Corridor (TAC) is a city beautification project conceived and crafted by acclaimed New Orleans artist Jamar Duvol Pierre. The Tchoupitoulas Street Floodwall Mural (TSFM) is a transformative public art initiative designed to inspire, heal, and connect. This large‑scale enhancement project aims to transform 12 blocks of floodwall into a vibrant and immersive public art experience.
But the truth is simple: we cannot sustain this project alone. The wall needs care. The paint needs maintenance. Our youth programs need support. And the vision needs people who believe in it. We are asking — openly, humbly — for the community’s help to keep this mural alive.
