Stonewall Sports – New Orleans was founded on a simple but radical idea: that queer people deserve a place to play, belong, and thrive. Ten years later, that idea has grown into the largest and most accessible LGBTQ+ community organization in New Orleans — built not just on sports, but on connection, courage, and care.

What really happens here is this: a newcomer walks up nervously for the first time, not knowing a single person — and leaves with friends who will stand beside them at their wedding, show up during a medical crisis, and become the chosen family they didn't know they were looking for. We have seen it happen hundreds of times. We know, because it happened to us too.

🤝 Community Outreach: We go beyond sports by showing up for New Orleans through service, partnerships, and giving back. Donations stay local and directly benefit the queer community here.

💜 General Fund: This fund powers everything we do — from leagues to social programming to outreach and EDI efforts. Most importantly, it helps ensure cost is never a barrier so anyone who wants to participate can.

🏆 National Tournament The National Tournament is an opportunity to represent New Orleans on a national stage while building pride and connection across cities. Funding helps offset costs so more players can participate, regardless of financial barriers.
