M&M Community Developments mission is to provide the local New Orleans community with 24-hour Smooth Jazz programming on WNOZ relevant to the New Orleans area which is otherwise unavailable through commercial radio stations. Our station also acts as a training ground for local High school and College students in all aspects of radio operations including fundamentals of business,broadcasting and programming.

WNOZ 95.3 now in it's ninth year of serving the New Orleans local community with contemporary Smooth Jazz featuring a number of popular favorites like Harry Connick Jr. , Wynton Marsalis, Robin M. Barnes, Trombone Shorty, Brandford Marsalis, Stephanie Jordan and Quintin W.
