The Juror Project works to strengthen the power of the jury by making sure people understand their role and are prepared to serve. Through public education, training, and direct engagement, the project equips communities and legal practitioners with the tools to navigate jury service, participate meaningfully in jury selection, and support fair and representative juries.
Mission
We aim to change the makeup of juries to better represent the American population and the communities most commonly accused. We pursue this through community and public education about jury eligibility and the jury selection process and the power jurors hold in America's high stakes criminal justice system.
