HRI Community Resources, Inc. (HCR) works to improve the quality of life for residents in affordable and mixed‑income apartment communities while strengthening the neighborhoods around them. We do this by connecting families with critical programs, services, and resources that support long‑term stability and success. Today, HCR serves residents in affordable housing communities across Louisiana, including New Orleans, Lake Charles, Houma, Hammond, and New Iberia. We proudly impact the lives of more than 4,500 individuals each year because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
