HRI Community Resources, INC. (HCR) improves the lives of residents of affordable and mixed-income apartment communities and fosters positive change in the surrounding neighborhoods, by connecting families to programs and resources. HCR currently supports residents living in affordable housing communities in New Orleans, Lake Charles, Houma, Hammond, New Iberia, in Louisiana.

HCR, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. We impact the lives of over 4,500 individuals in affordable and mixed-income communities across Louisiana.
