In 2012 H.O.P.E. Project was established as an outreach ministry at New Beginnings (church), to serve individuals living in the City of New Orleans by providing hot meals, clean clothing, haircuts and shaves for men, shampoo & styling for women, and personal hygiene care packages; community advocacy in the form of referrals to social services & health fairs and screenings; partnering with Gentilly neighborhood Associations and New Orleans 3rd District Police in sponsoring its annual March Against Crime & Community Festival; hosting women's empowerment & domestic violence
