GetUpNRide was created in 2015 by Blake Owens and Nick Reed. Within weeks, our Tuesday social war ride grew by the hundreds and still is massive to this state. Changing the culture in the City of New Orleans, GetUpNRide rebirth a new activity that many people have adopted and love. Now you see so many locals and tourists riding through the city with lights in their wheels and music playing. It has become a New Orleans thing that people come from all over the world to do. Known by everyone as the innovators of this incredible spectacle, we are the biggest weekly social ride since we started in 2015. We welcome everyone to join us on a Tuesday night for something truly unique and special. If you have a bike, all you need to do is show up for 8 PM. Our roots and stops change every week so prepare yourself for an adventure. Aside from our weekly social ride, we also do events with the kids through organizations like NORD and give back to the community with Events like our annual Santa ride where we pull up the gifts and cook food for the homeless. GetUpNRide isn’t just your ordinary organization, we are the community so we make sure to give back and put the community first.
