Generation Success has played a pivotal role in advancing student achievement for last six years of our existence. Since 2015, Generation Success has produced an average of 2.5 years of growth in Reading and Math for all programming- STEM, STEAM, afterschool, summer, and in-school intervention and remediation. This growth has meant that students have improved by an average of 70% across Reading, English-Language Arts, and Mathematics. In addition to growing students academically, our program believes in- and teaches too- social-emotional learning. 100% of our students grow socially and emotionally each year. Lastly, Generation Success has been able to boast an 89% on-time graduation rate with a 77% Adult learning GED attainment rate as well. All of these verified results means that Generation Success is as committed to student education and achievement in K-12 education as our donors and key stakeholders in New Orleans are.
