Connect Northshore is a local nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, connection, and community. Based in Slidell and serving the Northshore and beyond, we exist to help individuals and families access the resources they need to thrive — from trusted healthcare providers to affirming local businesses, family support services, and beyond.

While our work centers primarily on uplifting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community, our doors are open to everyone. We believe community care should be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in dignity. Whether someone is seeking guidance, support, education, or simply a place to belong, Connect Northshore is here to walk alongside them.

We offer outreach initiatives, community events, and resource navigation designed to strengthen both spiritual wellness and physical health. Our goal is not just to connect people to services — it’s to cultivate resilience, foster meaningful relationships, and create safe spaces where authenticity is celebrated and boldness is encouraged.
