Beauty Arose from Ashes

Beauty Arose From Ashes, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to helping women rebuild, rediscover, and rise stronger after life-altering challenges.  We create spaces where women can heal, grow, and embrace new beginnings with confidence and grace.  

As a developing organization, we are establishing meaningful programs that make a lasting impact through mentorship, restoration, and self-care initiatives to help women overcome adversity and thrive. We provide a holistic support system focused on cognitive development, essential resources, and physical wellness, all anchored by dedicated mentorship and advocacy.

We recognize that women face unique challenges, including poverty, domestic violence, career transitions, and systemic barriers. Our programs are designed to address the whole person—mind, body, and circumstances—to facilitate lasting transformation. We believe that from the "ashes" of hardship, profound beauty, strength, and resilience can emerge.

Initial programs will include a structured mentorship matching system, workshops on financial literacy and personal development, a resource navigation service, and wellness activities like yoga and mindfulness. Our primary target market includes women in transition, such as survivors of domestic violence, single mothers, women re-entering the workforce, and those seeking personal growth.

The organization was founded on the journey of its founder, Constance M. Williams, who is living with Lupus and other diagnosed illnesses.   She has experienced firsthand hardship and transformation, and with that, she founded BAFA to create what she believes is "needed" in the community-- a safe, supportive space without all the RED TAPE.
