WHO WE ARE

For Providers By Providers is a Louisiana-based, provider-led nonprofit established in 2020 and powered by leaders in Early Care and Education (ECE). We exist to champion the success, sustainability, and voice of child care providers - centered on Type III Early Learning Centers and Family Child Care Homes. 

We are strengthening a community of early childhood providers—building collective power to lead, amplify their voices, and drive impact in their businesses while shaping the future of child care in Louisiana.

You are rooted in one core belief:

Providers deserve a seat at the table. For us, by us. Nothing about us, without us.

4PXP is the only provider-led organization in Louisiana working exclusively for for providers-ensuring they are not just supported, but heard, valued, and equipped to lead.

Empowering child care providers to strengthen the quality of Early Care and Education through policy advocacy, leadership and professional development, workforce development, business sustainability and wealth building, and strategic networking and collaboration.

A thriving early childhood system where providers are financially stable, educators are valued professionals, and families have access to high-quality chid care.
