The NCBW mission is to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment. The development of socially conscious female leaders who are committed to furthering equity and empowerment for women of color in the society-at-large, improving the environment of their neighborhoods, rebuilding their communities and enhancing the quality of public and private resources for the growth and development of disadvantaged youths. NCBW is dedicated to community service, the creation of wealth for social change, and enhanced career opportunities for women of color.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose focus is the advocacy of Black Women and Girls, in the areas of Health, Education, and Economic Empowerment. As a non-profit organization, we depend on the generous support of those aligned with our mission. Your donation supports programs and activities such as:

Educational and Entrepreneurial Mentoring Programs
College Preparedness Workshops
S.T.E.M. Education and Development Workshops
Workshops on Nutrition and Exercise for Children & Parents
Raising Cancer-Prevention Awareness and Access to Cancer Care in Underserved Communities
Financial Literacy and Family Wealth-building Workshops

Ongoing projects include:
- Sharing Time with Young Ladies for Excellence (STYLE) Mentoring Program.
- Screenings and information on the health issues of African-American women in the community.
- Financial literacy for youth and adults.
- Annual Torchbearer's Awards to recognize achievements and contributions of African-American women.
- Spring Tea, a career and college information program.
- Awarding annual scholarships to our local HBCU schools
