I have been rowing with NORC for 4 years, and the club means the world to me. When I joined there were about 15 people on the team. As the captain for the last 3 years I have helped us grow to over 60 people and I could not be happier with the progress we have made in building the club. The next step is to start getting a boathouse as opposed to our open air lot. Any amount of money would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

Located on Bayou St. John, the New Orleans Rowing Club (NORC) is a volunteer-run nonprofit which provides rowing instruction for all ages and skill levels in a positive and inclusive environment. NORC is committed to making rowing and its benefits - camaraderie, fitness, character development, water safety skills, and more - accessible to everyone. We create a space where youth and adults from diverse backgrounds can learn, grow, and reach for their goals together.
