Hi Everyone, Over the last year I have re-discovered my joy for riding bikes. In my early 20's I didn't have a car and biked everywhere, when I moved to Philadelphia I was intimidated by the congestion and dropped biking completely. This last year I started biking again using the Lafitte Greenway and it has improved my life immensely. It has truly been a joy to have this greenspace off of driving streets to be able to get around. I feel more connected to my city seeing kids using the playgrounds and enjoying the public art. I stop at the Farmers Market on on the route and get to see my neighbors and eat locally grown food. The Greenway serves as an important connector between neighborhoods and a lot of the programming runs through this small non-profit. Please help me in supporting a park that I love, serve on the board for and actively use. Thank you! Katherine
