Fundraiser Story
I've been at The First 72+ for over four years and have had the great privilege of working with formerly incarcerated men and watching them grow into better citizens. Recently, I got to celebrate with one of my clients as he secured his very own home, landed a job, and continued on his path to becoming a productive member of society. Working at The First 72+ is a true passion of mine - I understand where these guys are coming from. I'd love to see The First 72+ continue to grow in many ways, and your support helps keep this organization going strong.

Our mission is to stop the cycle of incarceration by fostering independence and self-sustainability for formerly incarcerated people. Through the leadership and wisdom of formerly incarcerated people themselves, the First 72+ transforms the re-entry experience into one that builds on the strengths and abilities of people returning home from prison and ensures that they, their families, and their communities are given the greatest opportunity to grow and thrive.
