I’m proud to serve on the Board of the Committee for a Better New Orleans (CBNO), a non-partisan civic organization that believes the future of our city is built by empowering everyday residents to lead, advocate, and create change. This year, CBNO is launching new initiatives to meet the moment: ✔️ Leadership Development — Supporting our Bryan Bell Metropolitan Leadership Forum and monthly Changemakers Event series, which trains over 150 emerging civic leaders every year and grows New Orleans’ civic capacity for the long haul. ✔️ Quarterly coalition meetings connecting changemakers across critical issues like housing, education, environment, and criminal justice. ✔️ A comprehensive voter education campaign for New Orleans’ 2025 mayoral and City Council elections, helping residents make informed choices and raise turnout.
