Every day - a dozen times a day - I find another reason that the New Orleans JCC is a magical place. The J provides an embracing educational environment for children and families through our Early Childhood Center. Our older adult programming creates paths to engage, learn, and build community. Our state-of- the- art fitness facilities provide space to meet friends for a yoga class, sauna session, and a cup of coffee. And we serve as a vibrant, inclusive home for Jewish life and learning. In an age where we need community more than ever, the New Orleans JCC does it better than anyone. The mission of the New Orleans JCC is to promote and ensure the well-being of our Jewish community and to instill an understanding of Judaism and its heritage throughout our region.
