Over the years I’ve learned more about my culture, my environment and my community while working events for the South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center. Through the donations collected we can continue to share the culture, build the community, and spread awareness about our crumbling environment. These donations help fund summer camps that bring kids out to Lumcon, on tours, to marsh activities, science classes and more. A portion goes towards helping artists, writers, support volunteers, and more.

The mission of the Wetlands Discovery Center is to revolutionize the way we think, teach, and learn about Louisiana's disappearing coast.
