I joined Bike Easy's Board of Directors last year hoping to help further the organization's mission to make biking in New Orleans easy, safe, and fun. This matters to me both as an avid cyclist who's come too close for comfort to most road hazards that exist in New Orleans and as an emergency manager committed to making the city more navigable for everyone. Join me in supporting Bike Easy programming including cyclist education for kids and adults, safe driver education, bike light giveaways, bikeway cleanups, and advocacy for low-stress bicycle networks.
