Ella was born at 33 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). When I was told that she would need to stay in the NICU, I was incredibly scared. However, Ella proved to be the true warrior she is! Weighing just 4 pounds at birth, she showed us how strong a baby can be. After two months in the hospital, she was finally discharged. Now, Ella is a thriving and very happy baby, a LSU fan who loves baseball!
