COOL - Creating Outstanding Opportunities Locally The COOL Cooperative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to creating outstanding opportunities locally for middle and high school students in the film industry. Founded in 2014, we educate,develop and celebrate the next generation of Louisiana Storytellers.

The COOL Cooperative provides free film industry workforce development to middle and high school students in the most under resourced areas of New Orleans.
