I’m a BIG mental health advocate today because I’ve dealt with my own mental health obstacles. It’s a learning process and a journey worth investing in. You never know what people go through in their lives because you can’t see it- always choose kindness please. It will never steer you wrong. If you have the ability to advocate and help others do it- It might be a blessing to our loved ones in their time of need.
