Constructing and launching the Greater New Orleans Food & Beverage Incubator, which will create opportunities for homegrown food & beverage entrepreneurs to launch, scale, and succeed.

Grand Isle Jewels Initiative
Elevating Jefferson Parish's off-bottom oyster industry through branding, technical assistance, and market access. JEDCO built an umbrella brand to help local oyster farmers grow, compete, and tell their story on a national stage.

Jefferson Parish Design District
Driving the growth of a locally driven community of designers and makers in Old Jefferson, where JEDCO is helping provide access to capital, tools, and incentives that allow small businesses to grow and invest. This project brings new energy and opportunity to the neighborhood.

Through EPA Brownfield Assessment Grants, JEDCO helps bring vacant and underutilized properties in disadvantaged areas back into commerce. This transformative effort breathes new life into neighborhoods and commercial corridors.
